Where IS Nicki? Where is Maria, after such a prompt response? Tony, Jimmy Molly + Wes- especially at Halloween time-Alex + Sam? We had another fire outside tonight + our new neighbor brought us a little preview of some of the films for the Beloit International Film Festival, which coincides with the Sundance Film Festival each year. I would think Mom would love to be on the selection committee, + I'm trying to put in a good word for her. They have quite a few movie-themed dinner parties that sound interesting, but which would be expensive of course because they are fund-raisers. Nicola is going to WORK at one as a serving wench in "The Lion in Winter" at the Shea mansion on our old paper route. Last night Bill Lock also had a fire + the Ooompa Loompas served for "Willy Wonka." Tonight it's "Pirates of the Carribean." Mom's going to one at a very nice house(a draw for many of them) for "Cabaret" with Amy Fredendahl entertaining in the starring role she's played on stage. Imagine our James + Emilie in character at any of the homes.
