Matthew and Grandpa are watching "Gunga Din" with much pleasure. Am sure Grandpa knows every line by heart and there's as much gusto as at a Bears game.
Went on a wonderful Halloween Walk at the Rotary Gardens in Janesville Friday night. It's an annual event and the walks are lined with hundreds of carved jack-o-lanterns all lit with candles. Lots of lights everywhere and 8 to 10 spots where we listen to ghost stories. One of the best was a girl reading Edgar Allen Poe's, The Raven. A delightful night.

Oh it is good to know that Gramp does this with all the grand kids. I still remember Gramps turning to and saying with pure pleasure "you're a better man than I am Gunga Din".
I heard that one last night.
